Ladies! Buns are in. (Get your minds out of the gutter. I wasn’t talking about junk in the trunk. Just the kind of buns you wear on your head.)

Enjoy!
Take care of YOU!
This week is National Women’s Health Week. What are you doing to take care of you?
Some of our suggestions:
1. Get or make an appointment an annual check-up if you haven’t yet.
2. Make it a point to be active this week. Head out for a walk, join a bootcamp, go for a swim. Just take a moment to sweat and tap into your body.
3. Drink more water than you think you need. Add a little flavor with a lime or cucumber.
4. Sleep! Sleep! Sleep!
5. Go get yo nails did!
6. Be kind to yourself. Turn off those negative voices. Love yourself unconditionally!

Make yourself!
In order to embody and use ourself as a source of learning, it is necessary to identify with the life of the body. To live in our body and be aware of what we feel, touch, taste, hear, breathe, see, and think, it is necessary to shift our attention from analyzing and remembering to feeling and sensing. Bringing attention to our body vitalizes and empowers our actions. Without it our life is mechanical; we go through the motions but are not with ourself in a truly meaningful way.
